MEMBER BIOPICS
GEORGE LLOYD
George is an experienced educationalist. Identified by Ofsted as an exceptional Headteacher, he created an outstanding Language College, a Department for Education (DfE) Training School and Leading Edge School. For over a decade, he successfully combined Headship with the role of Ofsted Inspector.
George actively supported the DfE in the development and expansion of the Training Schools programme and has substantial management and leadership experience; a Mentor for Academy Principals on the SSAT Academy Leadership Programme and a number of National College appointments, including the role of Trainer and Assessor on the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and the Headteacher 'Consultant Leaders Programme'.
George has retired from his role a specialist Education Adviser working with the DfE National Sponsors Unit (NSU) and the DfE academies and free school programmes. During his career he was a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
STEPHANIE STOKER
Steph’s current role as Senior Innovation Advisor for The GC Business Growth Hub is to support Greater Manchester based businesses to innovate and collaborate with academia. She also leads a team of specialist innovation and eco-innovation advisors to support businesses across Greater Manchester to commercialise their ideas.
Having worked across the North-West and with over 20 years business development, coaching and management experience across all industry sectors she has helped both start-up and established high performing businesses to innovate and grow. She has owned/managed her own businesses, is educated to Masters’ level (Technology Management) and is an qualified ILM L7 Executive Leadership Coach.
Currently working with a rolling portfolio of circa 50 companies/clients on a range of projects to include: disruptive growth strategies, proof of market through to commercialising new products and services, product development, innovation culture, intellectual property and R&D Tax credits, improving and streamlining systems and processes, new business generation techniques and routes to market.
JASON ROBERTS
Jason is the Executive Leader of a Multi Academy Trust in Yorkshire. With over two decades in education, he has significant experience in school leadership, having turned around several inadequate schools in Merseyside, Leeds, and Salford. Jason excels in strategic operations and supports a balanced curriculum aligned with the Trust’s Charitable Objects. His commitment to educational transformation, especially for underprivileged students, reflects his dedication and invaluable expertise to the collaborative nature of Endeavour Learning Trust’s vision and values.
JANET HALL
Janet, a retired executive from SATIS Education Group residing in Merseyside, brings invaluable strategic insight and analytical acumen to our Multi Academy Trust. With a robust background in education and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification, she is dedicated to contributing her expertise and experience to the enhancement of educational practices. Janet’s appointment as a Member underscores her aspiration to give back to education post-retirement, making her a fitting choice for guiding our strategic initiatives. Her experience with SATIS Education Group has further strengthened her alignment with our Trust’s values and goals, ensuring continuity and excellence in our leadership approach.
