Neelam Yousaf - Director of People

Neelam joined Endeavour Learning Trust in January 2024 to help shape and lead the People Services function for the Trust. Her passion is to create a working environment that allows people to develop, thrive and be happy.

She has worked in the education sector for over 10 years and has nearly 20 years HR experience. She chose to specialise in the education sector because of her belief that children are our future, and it’s a privilege to be a part of shaping their lives.

Neelam prides herself on being a caring and fair leader, bringing people along the journey to help them develop and achieve their aspirations. She is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion and believes that leading by example creates a culture for something really special to be embedded within the Trust community.
