Donna Waring is a passionate, values-driven senior leader with a proven track record of improving outcomes for all learners, particularly those with SEND. Her commitment to inclusion comes from a deep belief that education is the most powerful tool for tackling inequality and ensuring every child can thrive.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, including a decade in senior leadership, Donna is a qualified SENCO and Senior Mental Health Lead. She delivers the NPQ SENCO qualification and has led initiatives that raise standards through evidence-based practice, professional development, and adaptive teaching strategies that remove barriers to learning.
Donna’s educational ethos is rooted in high expectations, moral purpose, and collaboration. She believes in empowering teachers and creating ambitious, inclusive curricula that enable every child to become the best version of themselves. Her vision is clear: every child should flourish and have meaningful choices for life beyond school. Donna also champions lifelong learning, modelling this through her own practice and inspiring others to do the same.
