What inspired you to become a teacher?
My experience from working in a SEN school.
Why did you choose Endeavour for your teacher training?
At the time I wanted to be a SEN teacher, and the SCITT promoted the work they do with SEN. I also wanted a course that was full time in school.
What was the best thing about the programme?
Friday sessions were very useful. The support team always listened to feedback and made massive efforts to make accomadations where needed.
What impact has the SCITT had on your career as a teacher?
Taught me everything I need to equip me with the skills to be a reflective teacher who is confident in their skills.

What advice would you give to prospective trainee teachers?
Look at every experience as a learning point. You can learn something from every single thing you do on the course.
Anything else you would like to say about your time with Endeavour Learning SCITT?
I feel like the course has fully prepared me for the role of class teacher, and we are accommodated and catered for so well.
