What inspired you to become a teacher?
The support of other great and supportive teachers throughout education.
Why did you choose Endeavour for your teacher training?
After going to two different interviews I straight away noticed how welcoming ELT was, and they really did not disappoint! The SCITT offered classroom experience which I definitely wanted.
What was the best thing about the programme?
The training on Fridays and the Mentor's and other staff's support.
What impact has the SCITT had on your career as a teacher?
I feel ready to start teaching and feel very confident with all the experience and training that I've had. It did prepare me for the future.

Best decision ever!
What advice would you give to prospective trainee teachers?
Enjoy it, don't take things personally and listen to feedback, it helps a ton!

Feel very grateful to have trained here, and lucky to have had the support I needed through this tough year!
