What inspired you to become a teacher?
Seeing people I graduated with going into the teaching profession and blossoming, really encouraged me to pursue teaching.
Why did you choose Endeavour for your teacher training?
Luck. My research into each provider was limited, but I consider myself very fortunate to have stumbled across such an excellent provider.
What was the best thing about the programme?
The opportunity to be in the schools from the very start of September where we could see/ witness teachers introducing their expectations and routines to new classes.
What impact has the SCITT had on your career as a teacher?
I have gone from relative novice, to someone who can't wait to begin full time in September.

Supportive, Enjoyable, Developing
What advice would you give to prospective trainee teachers?
Rome wasn't built in a day. Don't expect too much from yourself, because the road to improvement never really ends. You can't master everything in teaching, so don't aim to try and do it in a month!
