What inspired you to become a teacher?
My secondary school maths teacher was the role model that inspired me, encouraged me to push myself and sparked the passion I have for Maths.
Why did you choose Endeavour for your teacher training?
I choose Endeavour because of the personal touch in the interview process and because the SCITT route was the best for me!
What was the best thing about the programme?
I enjoyed the whole programme, especially the Friday sessions. This gave us the opportunity to share our experiences with the rest of the cohort.
What impact has the SCITT had on your career as a teacher?
The SCITT course prepared me and equipped me with the necessary tools to start teaching in September to a level where I feel very confident and excited about starting.

What advice would you give to prospective trainee teachers?
Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
